Für Emily2000. " cruising " was originaly intended only for private use. After a trip to Las Vegas I decided to compose music for the journeys all over europe my girlfriend and me dreamed of. When it was done, I realized that I was looking for this kind of music long time before: gently grooving, easy going, light and joyfull, but also sad. I think of it as hello-goodbye-music. It is a romantic projection: Drinking & Driving. Beeing "On the road", feeling good ... It is ridiculous, considering reality: too many cars on german highways to feel free.
